GENERAL DIRECTOR
DR. MANASSEH PASUPULETI

Dr. Manasseh Pasupuleti is a literary giant with

four Ph Ds under his belt. Among these are

a Ph D in English Literature from Kakatiya

University and a Ph D in Philosophy from

Osmania University.  He has two master’s degrees in English Literature and Ancient Indian History, Culture

and Archeology.

Dr Manasseh has worked as a Principal in a number of colleges

luding Immanuel Business School from 2012-2014. He has

authored many books and published research papers in English

Literature, archaeology, philosophy and religion, and has taught in colleges for 42 years.

He is a teacher par excellence. All his presentations are a

testimony to his handle on the subject and in-depth research.

PRINCIPAL
DR. M SANDRA KIRTHY
Dr M. Sandra Kirthy comes to IBS with 14 years of teaching experience and 1 year of Industry work.

Kirthy has a B. Com, an M. Com and an MBA from

Osmania University with dual specialization in Finance

and HR. She also has a PG Diploma in Computer Applications.

2016 brought a proud moment for Sandra when she

was awared a Ph. D. in Management by the Osmania

University. Her thesis was based on "Role of credit rating agencies in

India and their inlfuence on retail investors." 

Her research papers have been published in a number of magazines and

journals.

DR. R. JABEZ

Dr. R Jabez is a committed, analytical and well

qualified teacher. He has beem teaching at PG

levels for the past 15 years. Apart from teaching,

His work experience includes heading the

Department of Management, coordinating campus academics,

organizing industrial visits, training and developing students, etc.

A commerce major, Dr. Jabez has an MHRM from Kakatiya

University, M. Phil in Management from Periyar University,

M. Sc in Psychology, and a Ph D in Management from Kakatiya University.

He has participated in many seminars and symposium; and has

published research articles in a number business review ‘’journals’. 

As a student, he had represented Andhra Pradesh at Republic

Day parade in Delhi in 1998 as a cadet in Air Wing.    

 

T HAREESH KUMAR

T Hareesh Kumar has 14 years of teaching experience.

He has taught all core and finance specialization subjects to

post graduate students. He has also worked in a corporate

business for one year. 

A Bachelor of Commerce, Hareesh Kumar has an MBA from

Osmania University and and M. Phil from Alagappa University.

Besides he did his Master of Commerce from Kakatiya University,

LL B from  and a PG Dilploma in Computer Application from

Neo Soft Technologies.

His M. Phil dissertation was on ROLE OF COMMERCIAL BANKS IN

RURAL DEVELOPMENT ( a case study on State Bank of India). 

He has been a faithful faculty at IBS from its inception and is admired

by all, especially by the student community for his ability to teach.

 

 K. J. RUFUS KUMAR

K. J. Rufus Kumar is a passionate teacher.  A

Master of Business Administration in Marketing,

he has worked as Associate Professor, Head of

the Department, Area Manager in corporate

Business House, Marketing Manager for companies, etc.

A Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Nagarjuna University, he

earned his MBA from Sri Venkateswara University. He has also

passed National Eligibility Test for Lecturership conducted by

the UGC. 

Rufus is committed to contributing to the growth of the institution

with his rich experience and networking in industry, educational

institutes and public relations.  

 

JAMES BENJAMIN 

  B.Com graduate from Rajendra Autonomous

  College, Bolangir, James has an MBA in HR from

  Pondicheri University. He worked in the corporate

  firms for 12 years before he decided to join IBS.

  James has served in different capacities in Business

  companies in Hyderabad and other cities of India.

  His corporate experience sure will help the

student community in IBS to go entreprenuerial.  

 

K. KIRAN KUMAR

Majoring in Electronics and Telecommunication

Engineering, Kiran Kumar did a PGDBM from

Kakatiya University, MBA from IASE, M.Tech from

IETE, LL B from Kakatiya University and an

MCA from JNRV Deemed University.

He comes with rich experience in teaching. He has

taught graduate and PG classes in a number of colleges since 1998.

Prior to this, he worked as a programmer in a business firm for 3 years. 

Involved in faculty development program, Kiran Kumar has presented

his papers in many conferences and published research articles in

national and international journals.

   P. VASANTHA KUMARI 

P. Vasantha Kumari has taught post graduate students for the past 9 years. Prior to this, she worked as an administrator in a corporate office.

Vasantha did her B.A. from Kakatiya University, MBA (HR) from the same university and an M. Phil in management from SV University, Tirupathi. She is a FET qualified teacher and at the moment pursuing her Ph. D. from Dr. B R Ambedkar University. Soft spoken Vasantha has participated in a number of AICTE sponsored staff development programs.  

K. SHEEBA RANI

K. Sheeba Rani comes with 6 years of work experience in accounts. She has a Bachelor's in Commerce and an MBA in Finance from Sathyabama University, Tamil Nadu.   She is an honest and hard working faculty with good interpersonal relationship.

B. NIRMALA

B. Nirmala comes to IBS with 12 years of experience as a librarian. A commerce graduate, she has a degree in Library and Information Science and a Master’s degree in the same subject from Osmania University.

LEADER OF LEADERS DR ROBERT B. McKENNA

Dr. Robert B. McKenna is the chair and Associate Professor of Industrial Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University.

Dr. McKenna has a  BA and MBA from Seattle Pacific University, and a Ph D from Claremont Graduate University, USA. He has been teaching at SPU since 2000.

Dr. McKenna has worked as an organizational development consultant to a variety of large and small organizations in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational change. His clients include The Boeing Company, Microsoft, Foster Farms, the United Way, and a variety of church denominations and universities.

Dr. McKenna’s most recent publications include a chapter on e-executive effectiveness that highlights the priorities for executive leaders in the high-tech economy in a book titled The 21st Century Executive: Innovative Practices for Building Leaders at the Top, and a publication in Organizational Dynamics titled “The Differentiated Leader: Specific Strategies for Handling Today’s Adverse Situations.” His book Dying to Lead: Sacrificial Leadership in a Self-Centered World is a personal challenge to leaders to consider not only how they lead, but also why they lead.

Dr. McKenna is a founding partner of Project Aduro, a research and consulting firm dedicated to building research, resources, and tools that leaders can use to fully leverage experience to maximize their own development and build organizational systems to strategically leverage on-the-job experience for all leaders in their organization.

 

Since 1999, he has served as a senior consultant and team member to the Waypoint Project, a 10-year longitudinal study of 120 leaders and over 8,000 engineers at The Boeing Company. This revolutionary project has generated a wealth of tools and publications to help The Boeing Company and other organizations gain greater understanding of the ways leaders develop throughout their careers, the realities of leadership in today’s economy, and the strategies that leaders can draw upon that will allow them to take themselves and their businesses into new and uncharted territories.

Dr. McKenna has presented his experience and research in these areas to managers and executives at all levels of responsibility. He is an effective and energetic communicator who is especially energized by the idea that the most dynamic and critical thing we bring to our jobs as leaders is our willingness to be an authentic and genuine presence to all those who follow us.

PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSOR DR. JOEY COLLINS

Dr. Joey Collins is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University.

He has a BA and MS from Western Washington University, an  MA in Psychology and  a Ph D in Psychology from Biola University, USA.  He has been teaching at SPU since 2005.

Dr. Joey Collins’ areas of teaching include leadership, team, and organization development (OD). His specialties include OD consulting, executive coaching, gestalt, and psychodynamic therapy. At Seattle Pacific, he oversees a research program focused on transformational leadership, sales performance, and enhancing coaching conversations.

Dr. Collins is president and founder of Collins Alliance and creator of Xcel Performance Coaching. Collins Alliance is a boutique consulting company that serves a variety of industries, including health care, higher education, law practices, information technology, automotive, transportation, and agricultural wholesale-retail. Dr. Collins’ consulting usually begins in the C-suite working with leaders and their organizations.

Dr. Collins’ clients include Veterans Health Administration, Ford, General Motors, Nissan, Maritz, Coinstar-Redbox, UW Medical Center-Harborview, Woodland Park Zoo, Alaska Department of Transportation, and Smith Gardens.

Dr. Collins is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington state.

HIGH PROFILE ACADEMICIAN DR. JAMES COE

As a Professor of Business, Dr. James Coe has taught Autonomous Learning, International Business and Business Ethics for 20 years. During his educational journey, he has served as the Business Department Chair of Taylor University, Indiana and Dean of Gainy School of Business, Spring Arbor University, Michigan. He has also directed a collaborative Business Program with a large Russian State University in Nizhny Novgorod.



He is a sought-after speaker at international symposia and conferences. His published works include “Global Business Leadership” and “Managing to Create an Enterprise”.

Dr. Coe is honored with Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award for 2006 at Regent University and placed in PRINCETON WHO’S WHO of Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs, 2009. Among his other honors is the Pushkin Award for Education from Boldino, Russia.

Dr. Coe has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from National- Louis, Additional Post Graduate Study in International Business at Oxford and a Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent

 
 BUSINESS ENTREPRUENURE DR. JAMES W. LIDDY

Dr. Liddy is currently the Director of Institutional Assessment and Professor of statistics. He has over 35 years of experience in the Automotive, Oil and Education Industries. He has held several leadership positions, from the implementation of Quality, Reliability and Statistical disciplines to developing an effective academic assessment program at Spring Arbor University. Dr. Liddy has been involved in many product development projects throughout his career, the latest being Chevy Volt.


Dr. Liddy has taught for over 25 years at Spring Arbor University. His main concentration of teaching is in the fields of statistics, reliability, quality and organizational development. He has developed and taught numerous courses and workshops for the automotive industry and is the author of “Statistics the Estimation Frontier”.

Dr. Liddy has a Master’s in Applied Statistics from Oakland University and a Ph.D. Mulitvariate Statistics from Wayne State University. He also has a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma, CRE & CQE.
